About Me
I'm Kallai. I wasn't schooled in this or carried through some certification program. Everything I know came from showing up, trying things, failing, and doing it again. That's how I learned to run fast, win races, and get through the mental side of it all.
I'm just a guy who loves the process. And what I've figured out is that it doesn't have to be complicated — keep it simple, keep showing up, and the results take care of themselves. That's all I want to pass on.
